1. Deposit & The Kickoff Call
Fill out the inquiry form below to check your date. A 50% deposit secures your timeline and immediately prompts you to schedule a brief Virtual Kickoff Call (via MS Teams) with Tenderframe co-founder, Lacy. We will walk through your vision and answer any logistical questions.
2. The Asset Lock Date
After our call, you receive your secure Family Upload Portal. You have until exactly 21 business days before your event to upload all photos and stories. At that moment, the vault locks and cinematic editing begins.
3. The Premiere
Your final package is delivered as a 4K Master Video file, a pristine WAV audio file for venue speakers, and distributed globally to Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube, Pandora + more, so the memory lives forever.
4. The Physical Keepsake
While your track streams globally, your master files arrive locally. A few days after your digital premiere, you will receive our signature hand-made keepsake box ($200 value) in the mail. Every box guarantees a USB drive containing your high-resolution video and audio masters, nestled alongside a curated, rotating selection of premium physical artifacts and artisan goods personally selected by our founders.
