1. Services
Tenderframe Studio provides custom video and music production services, including but not limited to:
- The Love Story (wedding and anniversary videos)
- Celebration of Life (memorial videos)
- The Hit Single (custom songs and lyric videos)
- The Legacy Documentary (historical documentaries)
Our services utilize Generative AI tools to help recreate memories and create artistic interpretations based on the materials you provide.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. The deposit reserves your production slot and covers initial creative work.
2.2 Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due before final delivery of your completed project.
2.3 Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel before production starts, please contact us to discuss your options.
3. Your Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and materials you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for creating your project.
3.2 Accuracy
You represent that you have the right to use and share all content you provide, and that the information in your stories and narratives is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3.3 Appropriate Content
We reserve the right to refuse projects containing illegal, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
4. Deliverables
4.1 Delivery Timeline
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your project within the estimated timeline. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and revision requests.
4.2 Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
4.3 Final Deliverables
Upon final payment, you will receive:
- Digital download of your video/music
- Streaming platform distribution (where applicable)
- Any additional deliverables specified in your order
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Rights
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your completed project for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.2 Our Rights
We retain rights to the creative elements, techniques, and processes used in production. With your written permission, we may feature your project in our portfolio or marketing materials.
6. AI-Generated Content
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Our services use Generative AI tools to recreate memories and produce content
- AI-generated content is an artistic interpretation and may not be a perfect recreation
- Results may vary based on the quality and quantity of materials provided
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenderframe Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tenderframe Studio from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
9. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [State].
