How long does it take to complete a project?
Turnaround times vary by service: Celebration of Life videos are delivered within 72 hours, Hit Singles take about 1 week, Love Story projects are completed in 2 weeks, and Legacy Documentaries take 3-4 weeks depending on complexity.
What photos and materials do I need to provide?
After your deposit is received, we'll send you a secure SharePoint link to upload your photos, videos, and any other materials. The more you share, the more personalized your final piece will be. We can work with any format—digital files, scanned photos, or even social media content.
Can I request revisions to my project?
Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied. Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions can be accommodated for a small fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
Is my content kept private?
Absolutely. Your photos, videos, and personal stories are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. We never share or use your content for any purpose other than creating your project, and all materials are securely deleted after delivery upon request.
